Nice point of view….I live in Europe and have a 2007 RS4 with other trim than yours. Mine has the cloth sport/racing seats and no sunroof. My RS4 was owned initially by a car tuner so I have the intake flap delete, big brake kit and 20” wheels. Intake was carbon cleaned in 2016 & 18k KM’s ago. Changed to Bilstein sport shocks because my factory Dynamic Ride control failed. I agree that owning such a car is about passion for your car or for cars in general. When I drive my RS4 it makes me feel like a kid & I love the way it performs in wet or dry! I own the car now for 10years and the first 4yrs it was my daily. Now I do car events and love to cruise in it and don’t drive it as much as I should. In my opinion Technology has taken the skill of driving out of the driver’s hands. I go to a lot of car events here in Europe and I still don’t see people surrounding any “electric” car in excitement.

2003 Audi RS6 was the first officially sold RS car in the US.

I've owned my B5 S4 Avant for 20+ years and it's now covered 309k miles. It is still my daily driver as I just love driving it, especially in winter when it leaves everything else sliding around in its wake. I have other more expensive, exotic and quicker cars but the S4 is the one I would keep if I had to choose one.

I just ordered the APR DTR8868 DIRECT REPLACEMENT TURBO CHARGER SYSTEM for my 2020 ABT SQ5. Will it be any closer to this? APR states that on 93 it will run 548hp at the wheels

I have an AWE touring exhaust for my 2016 S4. Sounds great. But didn’t know they were also such genuinely cool people too. Makes me happier that I chose a great sounding exhaust from a quality company. Also, I’m jealous of your build!! I’ve been a wagon guy my whole life. My S4 ticks every box… except the wagon box!
